    Hit points are nothing in this game, you need josd as an archer or youll be an easy kill. No point in high hp if you take massive amount of dmge.

    yea i didnt expect myself that could ve been that easy... archer is squishiest class among all... and imo aps sins are still viable especially in a non-gooned server like mine.

    As for the survivability, Vits are not that far behind jades. Implying that jades will save you when vits cannot would mean that it was a limited scenario given how small the differences are. If that small scenario is worth exponentially more money, then by all means, go jades. Arguing that you will always die with vits is idiotic. Clearly, jades are the superior option. No one said they were any less.

    yea well feel free to live in your muzzled world above the clouds maybe u ll find someone there that can understand your poor trolling...

    and i am saying that actually a dot build is superior to a vit build and yesterday i had the proof,

    pk west, a r9r3 full +12 full nw stuff full vit archer 1on1 a full r9r3 +10 full dot archer and he died easily
    he actually had to kite after the very first shots... just wondering the kind of damage he was getting

    i respect your opinion... i 3shotted a full josd seeker with aps gear and +7 r9 bow back in time..

    i made some tests on a private serv months ago and as conclusion vit build can be viable only on HAs... for pvp ofc...
    i think a full dot archer hits at least twice harder than a vit one on a vit one, while ofc a vit built archer has not twice the hps and the res of a full dot archer...

    imo on LAS the p\m res should come from ornaments not from shards, also the amount of phys and mag res added by a vit stone is really negligible, but yea well better than nothing...

    i am not even sure in a full buffed scenario if the vit archer could have an advantage over the dot one

    You did tests and think a dot archer hits twice as hard as a vit (or otherwise non-dot) archer? o.o

    (Ignoring the added ~1% damage reduction on the vit archer due to increased mdef/pdef, since I'm tired and half in a hurry)

    The vit archer has an attack level of 141 vs. a def level of 55, dealing an additional 86% damage.
    The dot archer has an attack level of 165 vs. a def level of 55, dealing an additional 110% damage.

    Thus, the dot archer deals (2.10/1.86)-1 = 12.9% damage more than the vit archer. This would actually be less, considering the extra pdef/mdef the vit archer has.

    In comparison, the vit archer has (30614/26090)-1 = 17.3% more hp than the dot archer.

    Thus, all other things equal, the vit archer comes out on top in this scenario.

    oh well i was wrong then mathwise but i still see dot archers faceroll vit ones and sometimes even jaded ones

    Because no type of shards = insta-win. I am full DoT, and I think it's a stupid idea. However, at the time, it was cheaper and there was no r999 with astronomical attack levels. Full DoTs now is silly. Call it trolling if you want, but listing scenarios on the forum is asinine and serves no purpose. Even edited videos are not that useful as references simply because no two scenarios in PvP are the same.
