Help from a GM in RT server please

I just bought an orb +6 and say I cant refine....When i link to WC and ask people what the hell is going on It link as a teleacoustic and when i want to trade it it says's "you cant trade this item"...why it shows like a teleacoustic when i link but is an orb +6 ? It was made with **** or something? help b:cry
