Advanced Grinding Machine

The advanced grinding machine quest for lvl71-80s from Old Jolly Jones is once again borked, not sure if this has been reported yet. it was fixed and worked fine but since last maintenance all this thing gives is rotten flesh 99.999% of the time. everyone who gets this quest is now forced to trash it and give up a possible 88k from quest.
please fix the rate on perfect flesh. this is on archosaur server, not sure if other servers got reverted to old rates too.
