Drop down boxes on tickets not working

When you go to support to submit a ticket, the drop down boxes to select your server and character are currently not functioning. Someone told me you could access them using keys on the keyboard but nothing works for me.

    Oh I forgot about this. I can confirm it as well, though I am not sure if it is a problem on other browsers (I use FF). I had been meaning to make a post for it.

    This issue sounds like it would affect people broadly

    So upon seeing this thread, I contacted the web team
    But my news on it may sound a bit mean

    The good news is, this issue is known
    Bad news is, it may stay this way, forever alone

    We cannot say this issue won't be addressed
    However, they have many other issues that are a mess

    So for now they have said it is a low priority

    Broadly and priority are not as great from a rhyming stance as the rest of those couplets. :P

    For Succha a long time of period the DQ rewards page isn't working, same with Ranking,Core Connect & Fan Content. When these pages are gonna be fixed ? Never?

    DQ rewards page is working fine for me and has always been.

    DQ rewards works fine for me; I don't use the other pages much. But these things don't apply to my topic so perhaps you should make a new thread.
