Cant Login

I cant login to the game. After i select character to play it just show "Entering Perfect World" and nothing after that, cant get into the game just see that sentance and it looks that if it gets stuck. Plz help any1 who know wat to do..??b:surrenderb:sad

    Moved to tech support.

    Try to add more detail about your computer itself is it could be one of several things right now (one of the first that come to mind being your firewall settings).

    As for the others who know who they are, not the place for that. :P

    Post a copy of your traceroute to Lost City servers,
    also check your bandwidth speed @ http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/ .

    To run Traceroute @ PWI servers:-
    1) In Vista/7, click on the Windows icon/Start > click on Search > type in "cmd"
    2) On this screen type in (exactly as it is typed here): tracert pwieast2.perfectworld.com (You can also use any of the IP addresses to our servers listed below. Try several.)
    Please note there is a space between "tracert" and "pwieast2.perfectworld.com"
    3) Wait for the traceroute to complete.
    4) Right Click on the window
    5) Select the "Select all" option
    6) Hit "Enter"
    7) You will now be able to paste the text into your reply.

    i was able to play yesterday with no problem but today when i try to log it just say entering perfect world, i can log but cant play also i can hear background music too. My net working fine

    I am having the same problem.
    I can log into PWI, it takes me onto my character page, I pick my character but cannot enter the game. When it says "Entering Perfect World", I get disconnected?

    _Vibhor_, how did you resolve this problem?

    i just update my client and started my game with patcher idk wat was the problem but i can login now
