I put +20 vit stones in the cape of the second build to make up for pwcalc's lack of +12 vit Creation Stones which are available from a maxed out guild base for a nominal 175m each. I'm really not sure which one to choose, but I'm probably gonna go with the +48 def levels over 11k HP.

made a slight modification.

But still 63k HP for a nice armageddon (you can of course still swich back to that axe when you want to use such skills)

Big problem, bro, an error with PWcalc, and I realized it's also an error with my build as well. You can't equip the R9rr with that build, with less than 164 str, which has to come off dex, bringing the max HP down to under 60k with axes. (PWcalc doesn't block this because of the +100 str bonus from R9rr, but you actually wouldn't be able to get away with that in-game). You also gave it demon spark but sage true form. For a demon build, you'd have demon true form, further reducing the max available HP to 56k, and demon intensity, reducing the max available pdef to 48k.

I'd much prefer to stick with an axe build, for many reasons. Given the short duration of barb control skills, APS is fairly useless vs anything but an assassin, as the control skills must be used extremely frequently, and without them you can forget about actually attacking your opponent. This is different than sins and BMs which have long-lasting control skills, and can use their control skills with their APS weapon.

There are some perks, like a 2k available accuracy boost (at a greater HP cost than sage) and a 10% crit boost, but to me, it's not worth the 10k HP drop, 5k pdef drop, and demon build.

Its for PvE

Other than that, i have no PvP experience but i think accuracy and thus dex might be strongly underestimated generally. You dont wanna bring your opponent down to 55% HP, use your ToP for the extra HPs, demon onslaught for that nice crit, cast armageddon and then.... miss...... But as i say, i have no PvP experience, just seems to me like dex cant be such a bad thing really. Of course it reduces your magnificent HP number a bit but thats not the only thing in life i'd imagine.

My dreams are as constant as the northern star. Never a hour is it not on my mind. I hope for the day that the bliss my mind so desires is a reality.

I've been thinking about it for a while and in my opinion it seems like the best build for an archer, as our main targets are casters right? So why not have the mosst magic defense possible. Now you might think, what about pdef? Well I have so much hp that i can survive even the strongest of hits. And since i have the rank 9 bow and plenty of mp to use my skills, they will all die before they hit me so i'm fine. And also, the tome gives me an extra 0.2 ms boost to my running speed, so I can outrun any other opponent. Tell me what you guys think!

Defence lvls > more defence.
You're gonna be a 1 shot for a sin crit with your first build. That's less pdef than me and that's baaaaaddddd. I mean you're not gonna be a 1 shot for casters if you're full jades, hell to the nawww. RRR9 +12 full josd archer on my server kills the RRR9 +12 full josd psychic on my server. Mdef ain't everything lol.
