Not Having a Wedding Ceremony

I've been wondering this for a while, the banquet reservation the bride and groom each get when they get married is on a timer. When the timer runs out and they haven't reserved anything for a wedding ceremony and don't buy new reservations from the cash shop, what happens? Do they stay married? Does the name of the other person disappear? They paid a lot for the packs, does anything happen if they never have a wedding ceremony? Thanks in advance and if there is a thread on this I searched and couldn't find it, sorry.

    The ceremony is purely optional.

    Literally nothing happens. _Brother and Jacerai are still married, without the ceremony.

    i think some1 told me, that before in pwi there was no ceremony
    u could just get married and that's it

    then ceremony came out probably so would be chance to get fash and so the wedding it self look more official b:chuckle

    You'll be fine unless you want to spend the 2 mil to divorce. You can reserve as much as you want as long as you buy the reservations. I think a couple on my server had a ceremony a few times during the week or every other week. I think they were trying for the perm fashion, either way you'll be fine and enjoy MQ

    The wedding without ceremony was the regular wedding back then...
    It is now the low-cost version of a wedding.

    If you are unable to get a reservation before the banquet reservation expires, you can submit a ticket and they will mail you replacements.

    Only one of you needs to do this, just make sure to include the name of both the bride and groom in the ticket.

    Though I'm a married man in real life I also I'm married to a great person I have known for going on 4 years and married to 3 of her toons.i don't really like to do the optional marriage deal because to me it is to sacred in kind of vowing type act and those I keep sacred with my real life wife.

    So I just keep it standard in game.
    This game is like washing hair with shampoo... Rinse and repeat if desired.

    You think marrying in game is ok but the ceremony itself for it is too sacred while being married irl?

    No the Vegas style wedding at the old man is more toward a get married for fun kinda deal,the second option to me is to serious feeling representing a real marriage ceremony of vow type exchanges.


    But I do love how easy divorces are hahahahahaha
