Blessings, DQ Rewards, etc error

Alright, allow me to be the first to report this. If someone else is having the same issue please say so, but here's what's going on.

Its not registering the fact I have characters on this account, yet clearly I have several. 8 in fact. Yet. It says I don't have any. What's going on here?

    First of all clear your cache and cookies, if the problem still persist then swapping browers fix this type of issue , if still doesn't works then Submit a Ticket.

    As for the DQ page error it's known issue & someday we might see a fix to it.

    for me it is that i cant even select a server nor a char because when i click on the menu it doesnt even give me the scroll down list and nothing happens wtf?! tried other browsers tried to clear catch and cookies and stuff

    Submit a Ticket with a screenshots of the error you guys are getting and state all the issue in details, let's hope it gets fixed pretty much soon. b:pleased

    I can't. The ticket page won't let me pick server and character either.

    I think everyone is having problems with the website. I submitted a ticket in regards to the webpage telling me I do not have any characters in the game. Doesn't matter which browser I use (Chrome, IE or Firefox) the website tells me none of my characters exist.

    Same problem, says i have no toons on my account. Not the first time we had the same issue. Gets annoying, but im sure they will fix it soon.

    Also having issues with getting the blessing. Website states I have no characters or a server. I used firefox to access the website.

    I just found out that Google chrome works if anyone else is having problems just use that browser

    I have just now tried to get the blessing the page works fine for me & without any issue i got the blessings. But there could be issues with some accounts Submitting Ticket should fix it ,

    If you wind up getting a redirect loop when trying to use our support website and need to contact us, there are a few current work choices for this known issue:

    1) Create a new PWE account and use that to submit and update your tickets.

    2) Or, send us an email to customerservice at perfectworld dot com.

    3) Or, log out completely, then try the support page, or try it with a different browser.

    It has something to possibly do with a database issue with the Rightnow system and there's. Hopefully it gets fixed soon!

    Thank you- I also woke up to no characters and submitted ticket. Will re-install firefox and see if it works.

    I was able to get Jones blessing & the page perfectly fine for me , but due to some unknown reasons some users may not be able to get a blessing. There's no way to fix it manually just gotta submit a ticket wait for the fix. Please be patient ! Good Luck ^_^

    I cant get my treasure nor does it show that i even did it.. except i am fully connected to facebook... HELP!!b:shocked

    Some users are having issue with the facebook connect Submit a Ticket thats the only choice you have at this moment & let's hope it gets resolved quickly. Good Luck ^_^
