jump issue in instances

hi,
i allready submit a ticket about this but no answer yet...
in instances i got big difficulties on jumping on or over an object/wall...it happend in bh51,FC,AEU,WS as i remember now...:( its really frustrating...in AEU,i cannot jump in that circle when the last boss spawn so i get killed and never get the quest so i quit doing AEU for that reason...please if anyone can help me b:sad

    Well the main problem trying to jump over something in restrict area is mainly low FPS and possible lag that prevents you from jumping over things. (Had that problem too, use to play 15 FPS things got bad. f:scared )

    If possible try keep number of applications running to minim, for better performance rate otherwise improve your hardware seems to be only other option. b:surrender
