European server complains bugs

Hi there,
Im sorry im coming over to here.
Playing on both server HT and the european Momagamon.
There are two days now some coplains about npc not showing, and quest not working.
Tryed to get some help on european server forum, but in two days no reactions there, from gm or what.
Now im trying it on the normal forum, hope you can wake them up there again,

    Hello,

    I know of the same issue on EU, was checking the post that my fellow player has made to see if any response came to it. None to be honest.

    Posted a reply there now to see if that speeds up an awnser.

    If not, is it possible to give us some intel on the problem so we can post that kind of info on the DE-EU forum for players who also watch the forum?

    as show below, a lot off peeps have complains about not reaching support or getting reactions on complains, maybe the need some more gm?

    IIRC, EU management and support is completely different from the US management and support.

    Aside from opening a ticket, there is no real way to get a hold of a GM. The forums are not actively monitored by GM's and the support forums are for users to help users. I don't have any company contact information for the EU management, but I am certain that with enough looking it is out there. Time to pick up a phone and say hello.

    Funny thing is when i send in a ticket they say go to forums. So they must be activley watched. Val should be watching forums. if not fail, and fail on the player volunteer mods for not sending it up . when something is BROKE FOR EVERYONE, there should be no ticketing involved.

    Why shood eu support be diffrent then usa support then?
