Help ME PLZ "your system is currently not allowing access to our servers"

It says its my firewall or security settings

I have Norton security

I added PMB.exe to the acceptable programs list as requested and still i get a message that says"

Your System is currently not allowing access to our servers. Check your Firewall and/ or security software settings to allow PMB.exe to run. Visit the Help page or contact us at downloader@pandonetworks.com for further assistance. Would you like to retry the connection?"

Then it offers me to retry or cancel...

Plz help me figure it out TY

    Either Add all the files in the Perfect World International file.

    Or.... Move to a different anti virus software xD ijks

    I found when i had norton i wasn't able to do anything. So i got rid of it and used AVG

    At this point somebody else should take this XD

    Wow, the instructions for Norton are even linked on the Downloads page. Rather than repeating it, you can just go there and read, click the links, and follow the instructions.
