Problem with Anniversary Reward

I'm not sure if this thread would be here but... I have my account since 2011 but i don't have any Anniversary reward. I'ts necessary do something in the website?

    You can only get the anniversary rewards during the month of the anniversary. (September)

    It's for PWI's anniversary, not yours.

    I know, but some people get the reward but they don't do anything in the mainsite or something, they just got the reward in the mailbox, so why other people don't have the reward?

    PWI don't randomly send the gift, people need to log on the site and click the anniversary link for the gift and select the char and sever they want to receive the gift.

    If you didn't done it then it's too late now.

    Yes, it was, because on several occasions I have had people ask about the anniversary blessing, why they didn't get it, and were confused about when it occurred because they assumed it was for their anniversary.

    Which is why I mentioned it as a courtesy, and to avoid possible confusion.

    Thank you all for the answers, but it's true that some people receive the gift but not do anithing in the website, that's confusing :s (a friend who did not play for two years and now he return to game simply found the 1 year reward and did not enter in the mainsite).

    It is absolutely not possible to receive the reward without having gone to the reward website during the anniversary month and selecting it. (With the exception of attempting to use the rewards page, having it not work, sending in a ticket, and having the Support Staff mail you the items.)

    Anyone who says that they received the item in their mailbox without filling out the website form is either lying about it, or has forgotten that they did the form on the rewards page. (Or someone that they know and shared their information with, did it for them.)

    Not calling your friend a liar b:surrender, just stating the basic facts on the subject. Everyone gets sent the e-mail about it, and it's easy to read the e-mail, click on the link to take you to the page, fill it out, and then forget about it entirely.
