Just Charged $50 And Zen Not There!!! Help?!

Hi,

I just charged $50 using ultimate game cards and it took my credit but no zen appeared in my account and it support doesn't work, it doesn't redirect and gives me a blank error page! b:surrender b:surrender

    Support.perfectworld.com will have your solution
    Please send a ticket under billing support for a resolution
    They are excellent at taking care of problems like these
    They do their job quickly and with ease

    where is the real support? how do i submit a ticket without getting an error page?

    That support link works fine for me. Try using another browser, maybe it helps.

    If you are getting a redirect error when you try to submit a ticket your only option is to send them an email. For whatever reason some accounts will glitch making it so you cannot access the ticket support page. It does not matter what browser you use or how many times you clear your cookies and caches. And as far as I know once you start getting that glitch you are stuck with it.

    I had an account that would get that same redirect error. I tried everything from clearing my history, different browsers and even using a different computer. After the third computer I tried still gave me that redirect error, I knew it was the account that was messed up. My other account could access the ticket support page fine.

    Firefox - worked for me.
    Also sending your first ticket can be a pain.
