They worth it? I mean, bound and all and it's just 10 levels...and G15 will be cheap as dirt to get anyways

    Honestly you can get by in PvE with a set of Calas. If you don't wanna shell out the... however much cash it is for them on your server... you'd get along perfectly fine, seeing as even up to second cast Nirvana Axes won't get you very far in regular PvP, just NW where it's more than just end game geared people pking.

    They certainly make whatever PvE activity you're doing easier.. but aren't necessary by any means.
