I bet other people are curious like me.
IS it gona be like before or what?

    I think it will be like before , it will take some time to make restriction for FC.

    It's very likely it will be back to where lvl 1 lowbies can powerlvl from it. It's unlikely the Devs from China edited the coding for FC within one week's time, to place level restrictions.

    And the official answer was actually given by Hey You! They simply stated, the fc hyper disabling was a mistake of the last update and caught them by surprise, It was not meant to happen. It would be returned "soon' to the previous state whereas anyone can hyper in fc. The polls are being used so the official people can look them over, discuss, and reach a decision that still is not final in order to make changes... they still need to run it by whoever actually confirms those changes... THEN the changes can be made, IF any changes are going to be made... Does anyone friggin read anymore? b:question

    yes but again, no official response on when it will be, as well as the poll that was started by a mod and still going that may or may not have an impact. I do doubt it will but you never know.

    tbh it won't matter if they lvl cap it or not. u will still find nublets plvling in some way or another. i remember when oracles where around and they called that the "lazy way" of lvling. same with bh, then hypers, fc, then there's also vortex lvling, zhening, and probably more that i can't think of atm. i am for a lvl cap on fc. people buying heads at 90+ is ridiculous >.>
