Bug Report popups and lag spikes

I started getting more and more of the bug report popups after the game crashes. This started right after the new update 19/March/2012. Almost everyday after I have froze, game shut down and the bug report thing would pop up. Today has been the worse though I have gotten it four times now within 6 hours, three of them were in the same hour (short while ago). I do not know what else to do, I don't want to quit the game but I fear i might have to because it wont even let me do anything.
Each of these crashes accrued when I tried setting up a cat shop.
I have also been having high lag spikes in game, again this started after this last update. They normally happen around the same time each day/night but they keep getting worse and worse and happening more often through out the day. b:surrenderb:surrender

Your level and gear does not matter to me. If you can not level one toon on your own then don't tell me how to play the game.

If you'd bother to search, there are 997 pages of threads (over 9000 threads) on the forum related to game crashing issues & lag. I personally have answered the game crashing issue 10+ times now. Use the search function, or scroll through the forums.I host an Ecatomb mirror here: ecatomb.gdevtalk.net
I've been actively playing since late 2008.

Since we have yet another forum noob that can't bother to look around before posting, or provide any information, I'm going to post both of these quotes instead of the usual linking. It's apparent that the OP needs much more help.
To the OP, I do fully expect you to read this fully and completely, including the hyperlinks, before you choose to respond. And if you really and truly want help with this, you won't respond with comments about me being a snob, and you will include the information I have requested.
As I have posted several thousands of times now, I'm happy to help, but I need something to work with. If you can't provide it, I can't help you, and the data I as for isn't hard to collect if you actually read what I've posted.Allisandre - Sanctuary wrote: »For your specific issue, without details on any part of your system, I am at a loss to help you. I don't see why you guys don't think to post your system information when you start these threads.
It's not hard, and if you aren't computer savvy, Google is your friend, you just have to make an attempt.
Here's what we need to help you...
Operating System Information
System Specifications (I recommend Speccy)
Security Software. (No link here, you're going to have to use your head on this one.)
A DxDiag.txt log file.
In some cases a HiJackThis log is also helpful.
If the issue is related to lag or DC'ing, post a copy of a traceroute to the server. (take it at the time that you are having a problem, not when you aren't having issues.)
Also, if you are having trouble with lag or DC'ing, post specifics about how your computer is connected in your home, and details on your ISP connection. (If you don't know, ask your parent.)
Before you post, actually look at the forum. There's a thread titled, "READ HERE FIRST for Tech Support Issues!". If half of you read it, you wouldn't be posting.
Don't forget to search the forums to see if anyone has had the issue before and resolved it. You would be surprised at how many times I answer the same damn question over and over and over and over and over.... Kinda like the OP's post, I am constantly asking for more information. So much that I'll now copy this post and just keep re-using it.
Good Luckb:kiss
(In most cases, a link to a published Speccy report and a copy of your dxdiag output is the minimum amount of information required to even begin to work on solving an issue.)SylenThunder - Sanctuary wrote: »People are starting to hate me for posting this over and over, but damnit, there's just nothing better to say until I have more information and it's partially educational as well.....
Common reasons that you can't connect to the servers, experience disconnects, or just have lag in general...
1. You don't have the three .exe files for the client set to run as administrator.
2. You don't have the game directory set as an exception in your security softwares.
3. Your network adapter driver is out of date and needs to be refreshed.
4. Your local area network settings are improperly configured.
5. You have more than one firewall and don't realize it.
6. Your firewall settings are too strict. (Very common with ZoneAlarm and Commodo firewall.)
7. Your router is configured improperly.
8. you have a bad network cable.
9. You're using a wireless network connection. (Which leads to another huge list.)
10. You have a lot of traffic on your local network that is bogging your router/modem down.
11. There's a fault in your router.
12. There's a fault in your modem.
13, You have a bad phone cord plugged into your modem.
14. There's an issue with your house wiring.
15. There's an issue with your outside wiring.
16. A squirrel chewed on your phone line at the pole and it's raining. (I've had this happen personally.)
17. A switch/router at the CO for your ISP is having an issue.
18. One of the many hubs between you and PWI is having an issue. (most common)
19. There is heavy sunspot activity. (has happened within the past two years)
20. There's a regional router outage. (Has happened several times, most recently just a couple of months ago.)
That's just a few. The more details you give, the better I can narrow it down and tell you what the issue is.
Also, post a copy of a traceroute to the server.
Now I've said it in the posts I quoted here, but I'm going to say it again anyway....
At an absolute minimum, I will need a copy of the output from a dxdiag.txt file, a copy of the output from a traceroute, and a link to a published Speccy report taken while you are having the issues.
(Remember to use the [code] tags for the traceroute dxdiag info, and to remove any trademark characters so it doesn't get cut off.) (CODE tag is the # symbol in the editor.)
And just for the record, I can be a bit on the rude side; because if you had bothered to do any researching in this forum on your issue, you would have given me all this information already and I would be helping you in this post. Instead, I am having to repost the same information that I have already posted many hundreds of times simply because you didn't bother to look around properly before opening your mouth.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -
I did search. I always search before I post but i am not sure if is how i am searching or what. I hear so many people say there are other posts (on diff sites) on the topic yet i have no luck finding them. There have been many things I have searched on the forums here and 90% of the time I can not find what I am looking for so I give up after so long and just post my own.
I guess I'll just stop trying all together will make all u ppl who don't understand the ones who do try but fail then make their own post. So many hours of searching gets annoying when nothing comes up. This is why I avoid the forums at all cost cause I have trouble pin pointing what I am looking for. Some things I don't mind searching other just drive me mad...
I am not computer wiz by any means so the info asked for is a wtf moment for me. And again I can search all I like for what you ask for but it just comes down to i have no idea where it is even if I do google it. I can normally find what i am looking for unless its something computer related then I am in darkness.Your level and gear does not matter to me. If you can not level one toon on your own then don't tell me how to play the game.

It's so simple a caveman can do it. All you have to do is be able to follow hyperlinks in posts, read, and follow directions.
I'd love to help, but I can't until you give me something to work with.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0
