max number of skills?

Wondering if i can learn all BM skills normal skills AND morai ones as i counted in skill tree 47, but in the skill window(press R) there's only 40 spaces ( active skills, not passive).

OK technically 43 are active and 4 go into passives...but still 43 > 40...so problem or not?
