Abomination of Dragons EX for NW

Hello Dear Archers of PW, im looking for some advices, first off i want to say that i already search over the whole forums and didnt find the a decent answer so dont mention to use search function .-.

Im going to get this bow for my BM <.< as Purge Weapon on NW WHYYYYYYYYYYY ???? its simple now days on my server every time you purge 1 +12 FULL JOSD they run far away while they are not full buffed, also they die pretty fast when got ganked >.< and thats fun to see, also if i try to purge some of this guys with pole its hard cuz very low proc rate on pole, also imagine a Abomination of Dragons EX +10 with 3X Spark damage its good even for a bm lol its going to be fun to see

Now the questions ; i cant Believe that some guys said about Spirit BlackHole its like 8% proc rate i've seen a lot of times some Archers on my server purgin every shot or at least 1/3 of the times, the question for some archers that already have Firmament Bow and in the past used Abomination Dragon EX or Lunar Vana Bow, Spirit Blackhole has the same proc rate on Both or wich 1 you think that purge faster?

Also for archers , you purge more on autoattack or when use skills?

    Your second question could have been answered by searching. You purge only on skills that do not apply a debuff. Naturally, as you autoattack faster than spamming skills (sans Demon QS proc), you're likely to purge more with it.

    As for r9 purging more often than g15, it's been stated many times but I've yet to see quantitative proof (unless I also fail at searching). I, personally, didn't notice purging more often from g15 to r9.

    you're going to stat 287 dex on a BM for purge when you got R8r adv purge poleaxe? 2/10 for effort.

    Sadly i cant get a purge weapon cuz already got fists .-., thats why im going to try the bow also nowdays with the 100 extra dext bonus for LA its hard to hit them

    Can you even use HA gear with 287 stated dex?

    Lol if you stating almost 300 dex for a bow you best reroll archer , you say you have fists?... You do know you can still use a tt99 purge pole...leave the advance purging for archers and venos....BM is a dmge absorbing class, all you need is roughly 200 dex for fists, that extra 80 dex can go into vit or strength.

    Yep all HA and str for R9 axes going to be intersting to test, btw since im a noob archer bm, do reflect buff effect on bow attacks, because on bm if i use smack (ranged) i got reflect damage on me

    Even if i fail at purge bow, ive heard a lot of bms QQ ing about cant hit sins or archers cuz 100 dext bonus

    100 ext more on bm means 5 crit, more accuracy and evasion the bad thing is losse som vit and str

    With 200 dex and 2 accuracy rings there is no way you can miss a sin or archer enough times auto attacking to make it frustrating, in mass pvp,nw,tw leave the purging to the venos or archers. You seem to be worried about purging for some reason.


    Accuracy you already have from 200 dex you need for fists, evasion is not necessary as magic does not miss, and what do you mean just some str and vit? That's one of the places a bm gets defense from aside from ornaments.

    Just use the TT99 Monarch Spear for purging if you can't get the R8R poleaxe. The purge rate for Soul Shatter is 5% and Spirit Blackhole is an 8% chance. A 3% difference. Don't stat 287 dex just to use a purge bow as a bm. IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!!

    From my personal experience Abominations of Dragons sucks at purging big time. In two hour TW I get 4-5purges at most if I am lucky, which sucks A LOT. If I won't get g16bow mold soon I'll just make xbow and prolly npc vana bow, because "swapping weapon to purge" is not going to work since it is hardly working with having purge wep in the first place.

    P.S. I have noticed that groups of mobs has somehow higher chance on getting purged (Or it is just animation which makes look like all of them were purged) So far haven't purged any boss, when needed to do that (Buff runs out or veno does the job). And 70% of successful purges are useless purges.
