Horrible lag since last update

Is anyone else experiencing horrible lag since this last update? I have gone from near always green ping and decent FPS to half the time red ping and 4-6 FPS. The game is very frustrating to play like this to the point where I don't even want to play anymore. Anyone know the cause and any solutions?

    Not me.

    Do you have Pando Media Booster installed(What was used to install many MMOs)?

    It takes your internet to make someone else's download faster as well.

    Seems like they did something for windows 8 machines. I have windows 8, and i was crashing every 5 minutes of gameplay until last update, now i get absolutely no lag, and no crashes whatsoever. my ping stays bellow 100 also. I'm thinking that maybe adding fixes for windows 8 might have screwed up other OS support. I'm no PC expert but that's my only guess, since that's what my past and current experience shows me.

    Highly unlikely anything in the patch is causing you lag.
