hello, since im not getting usefull answers from submitting a ticket i will explain here in a post what happened to me.
on the 03/19/2013 i logged in PWI adn my wizard was standing in plume city, wierd, i left him in archosaur platform, so i take a look, and what do u know, my cube necklace +10 is gone, my level 4 magic tome is gone, my sins warsoul of earth +10 is gone, and around 300 gold from AH. I even added a picture of my gold sold transaction with the timing it happened on the ticket so they know at what time it happened.
1st thing i do ofc is submit a ticket about what happened and its details. I also changed my password now.
1 day later the answer i get is that i do trades often with the same toon, so they consider im account sharing. The toon was my seeker from my other account. I explained them that it is my 2nd account, so im not account sharing. they asked for details of what i've lost, i sent them again.
today i got a reply, saying noone else logged my account, and they send me my last golds transactions (which are the same i sent).
So i keep asking them to tell me, where are those coins and items now??? Whats the IP that logged at the time, cause its not mine.
I tried to contact a GM that was online yesterday, but he claimed to be busy and never contacted me after, i mailed a GM explaining the situation, reply was send a ticket which i did!!!
So now im trying through here, can i get a GM to talk to me or check the situation?
I dont cash, so everything it was stolen i farmed it, so i dont wanna lose it, this is the 1st time i have a problem in PWI, i was so close to obatining my r9 weapon, and now im at 0 coins, with 3 items less....
help anyone!!!!

    well with ur auction house did u put a good password on it bc the simple ones i bet ur friends knew about it unless u share ur account info to them as well then that might be the problem or just not having good internet security

    I've heard sometimes if sending a ticket once doesnt work, it will after awhile if you spam tickets :>

    You do realize that if someone had the ability to legitimately ****, not just be told the information and get greedy, that there are far more lucrative things to steal than pixels in a game?

    Zanryu go *** yourself, dont quote someone else's stuff here, and i can tell u, is possible to **** accounts really easy, when ppl uses common pass, or similar to usernames, like was my case, idk who noticed but is really easy to know someone's username here

    Can we get the skill to **** the GM account? lol
    You must shared with someone or maybe someone saw on your computer or maybe someone saw you when you enter the game to some spy program or something, the items cant just disappear and it's impossible to know someone ID and password to game , there are millions and billions of combinations that there is no way to guess.
