cant get the new quests for my veno

Have a low lvl barb and tried with him, and i can get the 20-80 quests from jolly old jones.
But when i log on my veno no quests available from him.
Anyone know why?

    Are they on same account? Cuz it seems it's only available 1/day/account (not confirmed yet but my bf couldn't take it on 2. char either)
