How do i get Nirvana Talisman from NPC

Anyone remember what quest i have to do to get Nirvana Talismans from the NPC in Archosaur? Im Aware of the Myriad in culti. Can take the keys but not the Talisman.
I am lvl 100 BTW just turned that.
What prequests are needed to be done.

    Nirvana talismans are just given to casters daily once they turn 100. It started out as a compensation for casters against regular vanas (along with lower hp bosses, shorter vana runs to get to raps at the end, and about 3x more drops in vana) but nowadays most just use it for free mirages or subs.

    I don't believe there is a req other than level 100 and you only get it once a day.

    You also get one for each BH100 you do (BH1 or BH2).
    Seven 100+ characters leveled the hard way. Free to play. Mystic, Psychic, and Wizard left to level. b:victory

    Thats why... Think i forgor to mention my char that got to 100 just recently was a barbarianb:laugh Ok then its nothing unnormal.
