login problem

"For some reason when I try to log in it says incorrect username or password, but I know that I have the right username and password. Anyone know how to fix this?"

Just made an account to play this game and having the same problem... can anyone help?

    I am having the exact same issue. I created an account and downloaded Perfect World today. I see that no one has replied to your post. Is there a solution for this?

    im not much help in this situation, but im having that exact same problem too! please post another reply if anyone else having this problem finds outs why or how to fix it. thanks! :)

    First try to change your password see if it that works or not ? Secondly, if it doesn't works you then submit a ticket to the Customer Support>Account Inquiries they'll get back to you within 3-4 business days.

    Don't do what Sizzer says, just submit a ticket. Changing anything will just complicate things.

    It's common to be able to log into the website, but not the game is you have used any characters in your password that aren't on a US 101-key keyboard.

    The only characters that the client will recognize in a password are A-Z, 0-9, and some of the basic punctuation symbols.

    I'm having the same problem. And my password characters are fine, just regular english letters and numbers. I can login website, but logging in-game it says my information is incorrect even though it is right. And why would changing pw complicate things? Would it change anyways if there's multiple login attempt failures? (even tho info is right...)

    It's extremely unlikely that you were ****.

    Send a ticket to customerservice@perfectworld.com with as much detail on the account as you possibly can and they'll get you straightened out after asking some verification questions. Also, yes, they will look into the IP addresses that logged into and/or made changes. Partially to verify your identity, and also to see if someone else was accessing your account.

    The "link" is an e-mail address. Typically, (if your system is configured properly), clicking on it will open your default mail client and create an e-mail to send with that address in the "to" field.
    If that doesn't happen, then just copy the e-mail address and manually create an e-mail, put the address in, and fill in the rest of the data describing your issue in as much detail as possible.

    Then wait 3-5 business days for a response.

    If you're getting the redirect loop on the support page, using a different browser, or properly clearing your cache will resolve that..
