Daylight Saving Time Maintenance - 3-9-2013 [COMPLETE]

Hey everyone,

Just letting you know that we'll be having quick maintenances on East and West servers tonight for daylight saving time.

East servers - maintenance starting at 10:30pm PST

West servers - maintenance starting at 1:30am PST

Down time for each region should last between 45 minutes to 1 hour.

    You know, with all the automated time changes now, would have forgotten to set my real clocks if I hadn't seen this. b:surrender

    Ohh this is why you're working Saturdays.
    Usually this comes with a few artifiacts:

    TW times can be up to an hour off
    The Jungle Ruin mobs will spawn an hour late
    Treasure Hunter npc can be an hour off.

    They should abolish DST one of these days. It's a pain in the neck with no benefit at all and just makes people waste energy on air conditioning.

    By the way I dropped two tickets on Room 38 for cube of fate. The first NPC is OK when I arrive in Room 38. It is the second NPC at other end of room I have trouble with. The mobs come in to close to that NPC so even when I turn in quest there is not enough time to use dice ticket. Please the mobs be kept away from that NPC and thanks.

    WTF why would you need to shutdown the server for 45min to an HOUR just to change the damn time. what a waste of gameplay time.

    event time, weddings, and bunch of other time adjustments. simple time change, isnt so simple when u gotta change a bunch of ****.


    1 hour for maintenance... last 1 was a "reset" and took over 5 hours for servers to come back. that was one reset >.>

    I think it's rather rude of you to complain in this manner, seeming most server updates take around 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Furthermore, they don't have to let any of us play anyway. Their server, their rules b:chuckle

    I agree, its pointless. I don't care how you change the time, you still have the same amount of daylight as you would have if you left it alone.

    1 hr 10 mins after a 45 min -1 hr maint for DST. If you need more time then why not just make the maint schedule longer? why put yourself in the position of not abiding by YOUR schedule yet again? do you think thats really good business? this is a worldwide 24/7 MMO that only exists because some of us pay for it. some ppl maybe waiting to log back in before bed or work or etc etc etc... why not just make a schedule that doesnt **** ppl for depend on your timeline that you cant keep?

    SO.... 45 mins per region, 3 regions in server, 2hours 25mins total, they didn say ure playing in 45min to an hr..right? lol
