sooo poor need advice badly

So some time ago the value of dragon quest items went to 1 gold. That was my main source of income on the game and i was having some trouble with getting enough gold to get my skill. With that income gone now i try not to teleport due to being to poor. I see most items everywhere are 1000000 plus through the auction house and vendors everywhere. I feel as thou i will never be able to afford even the cheap items at this rate. Is there a way of making a moderate amount money that i haven't heard of without using zen?????? I actually stopped playing this game all together because of the dragon quest item value update some time ago but me ol lady likes the game so iam playing again. Prolly will stop playing again and talk my buddys and ol lady out of playing the game too if i cant find some solution as we are all having the same problem. So i guess my question is how is how in the hell are you suppose to make money in pwi?????????????? iam a lvl 71 seeker just so ya know

    Farm herbs and mats off the ground.
    They still sell for some coin.

    You should be getting near lvl 8x DQ and those are still worth coin.

    make 4 more levels at least till you can uphold vortex and sell zhenning for 2m per hour. (vortexing for an hour in the pits with a cleric healing you)

    You are not that far off from the DQ items that still make you coin. If you can hang on that long you would be in the clear. :)

    Yeah, THIS. I believe level 81+ dq items have still maintained their coin values (so far b:surrender). And you should be able to go to the villages around / off-of thousand streams and kill those creatures earlier than getting to 81. It all comes down to PWE GREED. Cause dq coin values really make so much money for us even during 2x drops? b:angry

    MagicEmpress gave you a great advice as I tend to do it also (even if I half-quit, after all). I also occasionally grind on lv 89 monsters as my venomancer (she is level 81) and it works well, unless the whole game gets unstable, which has become more frequent now.

    To complete that, I buy mats from a shop and resell them to another for profit. It may be not a full gain because I don't leave a catshop for days, weeks, months or years (at the exact same spot, no less), but I still make a bit of coin.

    You get coins from quest now, a generous amount i might add. I made 500k in an hour of doing just quests with coin/npc drops and my seeker is only 68.

    Wot he said.

    Check your available quest lists. Lots of quests you level that give 50k coin per quest and only ask you to kill 10-15 mobs.

    Before you get to 80, it's best to do the quest that starts with one of the lochmur npcs. Somewhere along the quest RT elder gives you 200 or 500k? to buy a wine, which you can actually farm mats for 10 minutes and get it for free. It's free money basically.

    While PWE may well be greedy, this was instituted by Wanmei, not PWE, as an anti-botting measure I'm sure (like previous DQ value nerfs.)
