contact/send support ticket site down?

Ye i timeout every time i try to enter the site, I can get to ticket history and knowledgebase and all instantly.

I cannot get to support .

  Hmm, the "Contact Us" page doesn't seem to be working. (well, it's loading, but not loading anything)

  Seems Contact Us isn't working though the rest is fine.
