    Well it is up to a moderator's discretion on whether or not a thread should be closed, and I felt like that thread stepped past the line slightly with the naming and shaming part. Rules are rules.

    No No Skai visits RT forums more because that is his server. Put him in Sanctuary forums and there Forums will prbly be perma closed
