Watcher of The Earth Genie Quest

So yeah, wanting to start doing some genie quest and watcher of the earth has no quest for me, what gives? Where can I start them?

    There are genie quests at some levels to get some genie stuff e.g. genie exp, reset notes and affinity reset, at level one is when you get the actual genie.

    Wrong.
    You get your genie at lvl 3.

    The quest is available from level 1+, I know this because I skip the starting area on my alts b:thanks

    Mm.. have you tried to check you'r Available Quests at lvl 1?

    I always do my newbie quests. :3
    Because of the pop-up I thought you get your genie at lvl 3.
