Violet Dance

Im not sure if anyone else has experienced this issue, but it seems like silent seals duration is greatly reduced when cast in violet dance. My skill is lvl 10 since i am only 88 atm, but it should still last at least 10 seconds. I cast it on a mob and use cyclone and the freeze effect is gone anywhere between 1-5 seconds. Can anyone else test this out. I have tried it on 10 mobs in and out of VD.

    If you read the skill description you will notice that it say "up to", violet dance has no effect on the duration and you are just noticing the lower end of the timer. My silent seal is almost guaranteed to last less than 5 secs no matter when I use it...
