    Dear Lainae,

    I fear your perceptions of PWI are overcome by the feeling of exploring an exotic world (the honeymoon phase). I was like you about four long years+ ago.

    Once you slowly begin to discover the truth (a bit like in the Truman Show), you will see that the things you cherish are not as magnificent as you may imagine and I am saying the least about it our of politeness.

    Am I blinded by frustration on the contrary? Maybe so because the game could have been so much better managed over the years. I still appreciate PWI, but this won't last for long anymore at the time I am writing this post to you.

    I shall let you think about it... Please keep track of my words and not feel too bad or mad angry like the Incredible Hulk once you slowly but surely float back to terra firma. b:bye

    P.S.: I am sure there are MMOs with a community worse when compared to the one here, but to call PWI's "the best community ever" is really unrealistic.

    The PWI community back in the day was A LOT better than the community now.
    Everyone leveled at their own pace, it wasn't a huge rush to get to high levels with hyper FC.
    Maybe this is nostalgia speaking, but I found since the Tideborn expansion, the community went south.
    This however is just an opinion.

    When u have seen worse communities u learn to appreciate the good or at least decent ones!Since u mentioned *removed* i too come from a pk game they handle atm which i have been playing since it launched (around 2007)!very nice game in which i occassionally log in but awful community!

    I first came in pwi little before the seeker expansion and i was overwhelmed on how nice the community was and helpful forum guides!my opinion still remains that community is still decent ( nothing is perfect), with few trolls and QQers that can make your day b:chuckleb:pleased

    PS if u think pwi has crazy bot problems u have not seen a true infestation b:shockedb:laughb:laugh

    I agree, I play s******d during its finest years around 2007-2008, anyone who play s******d would know how a true bots infestation feels like.. b:angry

    Archosaur's wiser people have moved on RT anyway.. so are some HT people coming out here.

    Playerbase depends on several things - server, levels, instances you run, factions, loners, newbies, seniors, powerlevelers, old-school players... PWI has it's bad players like every MMO; trolls, botters, cash shoppers with huge ego, other players with huge ego, rage quitters, drama queens and kings.. But PWI also has friendly adult players who treat each other nicely and have fun together.

    I don't know what "truth" we are supposed to find.. that there are mean players in every MMO? I find at least RT's population good though we have our.. not-so-nice players too.

    Wha? PWI Has the friendliest community..? Well...... Kind of goes on a case by case situation for me.

    A lil wee ol' newb is trying to find someone Tanky enough for his BH51 for the past 2 minutes.... Sure, I'll give him a hand a run it in a matter of minutes. But if someone in the squad is doing something wrong I will call it out and correct them, with a varying degree of harsh truth.

    But a lot of things these other posters are referring to is the usual Drama that spills out into world chat.

    Not true, a very small amount, maybe 10-20 people moved to HT server from Archosaur Server, 10-20 of the well known people, atleast (I know this because I was going to move with them)

    RT, not HT.

    I have met 15-20 players from Archosaur getting into my guild/friends' guilds, not to mention the rest of the people...

    U made me laugh so hard irl when u said the community is "good" and how am i jus seeing this thread? Anyway dont get me wrong our player base is in fact prbly one of the best there is but thanking the staff community?....... sure we have our online mods doing their daily check on posts now and then but thats it? some games that shall not be named because of this games paranoia actually have members of their staff communicating and connecting with their players MUCH BETTER than the ones here, keep looking bruh u've been tricked

    to the people saying that this community sucks?

    GEE TEE EFF OH out of the PVP server... see what happens...And ignore the toxic players, the world is stuffed with idiots, deal with it...

    AND THANK THE STAFF MEMBERS! without them you'd probably be rotting somewhere on a Nexon game, and we all know how much butt those games suck... IMO, obv.

    I am going to be a minority on this thread apparently and agree with OP. I came to this game half out of chance and fell in love immediately. The guides were relatively simple to read and understand. The high levels very patient and helpful with me (and my English since I am still learning it :p) all I had to do was tell them I KNEW I was nab and they were more than willing to guide me in a friendly manner. I know R9 players that are wonderful personality AND hard core PvP people. Factions that are just they're to help...all this from a server Nick named trolling tides.b:chuckle
    I found Skai and others videos that I now watch when I am not playing! I have very little interaction with him inside of the game but he has been a wonderful inspiration to keep the game fun and interesting. Even if it sometimes takes dub step videos and a class I detest :p
    Tl;dr game is still fun. There are plenty of people and plenty of diverse things to do in this MMO.
