Bug with Facebook Blessing

My wife made a new account and she got an archer lvl 35 and she cant take blessing from facebook on that account. She try with other character on same account and blessing dont work but on her main account blessing work. The same is with Dreamchaser pack it say "error sending" is there a problem with new accounts?
Thank you and i really hope you can help me because is strange that nothing work on this new account.

    You can only use fb for a blessing on one account on one Facebook account one every 24 hours. You can do what others do and create an alternative fb page for other accounts. With the dreamchaser pack it is only one character per account. If a char already has it you can't get another one.

    Either it's your browser, (I recommend Chrome), or it's something wrong with the account interface on the site.

    If you've tried clearing your cache, and/or using a different browser and still have the issue, the only thing you can do is Submit a Ticket.

    Edit: Ninja'ed by Irca.... Yes, you will need multiple Facebook accounts to receive blessings for different PWI accounts within the same day. (A day being PST (GMT-8).)

    i have 4 mails and that was was free, just created. The same with dreamchaser pack, is 1 new account and 1 new character. I never get the pack on that account. That is why I say is strange.

    Strangely, I've had issues with the Facebook Connect page in Chrome, but it works fine in Internet Explorer...

    I had the same exact problem when I made a brand new account and character. It was like the system hadn't updated yet to see that I had the character. I finally noticed it when I went to post on the forum and under that account I could not even select an avatar because it wasn't showing that character existed. It took about a day before the character finally showed up then everything worked fine. I would recommend waiting a day to see if the system updates and try again. If it hasn't by then submit a ticket.

    Just now got a Blessing the page works fine for me, even after clearing cache and cookies the page doesn't works for you guys Submit a Ticket.^_^

    Still cannot get a blessing on new character but sends to other characters just fine on same account...wasted my time sending in a ticket...just got an auto response!

    It added my new character on the fourth day. Could just take it a few days to apply the changes.

    My character showed up from day one in the drop down menu...just refuses to send the blessing for some reason!
