password recovery not working

my GF forgot her password and we have tried to recover it countless times and got nothing. we checked the spam folder and everything and still nothing. I tried contacting support and only got told.

I sent a recovery to my email and it sends to mine fine so i was wondering what do i need to do to get her email to accept the recovery email. she had to make a new account but still has some fash and $ we want to grab off the account before abandoning it.

Does she use the email she created the account? It could be a reason why she don't recive the email if she don't use the same.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

yes she used the same email that she used for that account. I even tried retyping it myself and still nothing. I even tried the faithful copy and paste and still wont work. BTW if it wasnt used for the acc than it would say it isnt linked to any PWI account. Ive tried a BS email to make sure of that.0

Than tell HER to send back a ticket explaining what SHE did and say it don't work.
If you contact them for HER, then it can explain why SHE don't get the help SHE want.
Sharing account is illegal and you by admitting having HER info is #1 stupid, #2 shared account might not be help for trouble cause for them it could be the reason her account password/change or w/e doesn't work.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

not sharing accounts. i said i tried putting her email in for her. i dont have her info except for her email and i was trying to get it to send for her. just because im trying to help her get into her account by no means say we are sharing. especially if we cant get her in to it in the first place. BTW she is the one that made the ticket. try learning how to comprehend better before yelling at me for something u dont know much about0

I'm not yelling, but you are the one making the thread about her account, but anyway you won't get anything fix for that on the forum for a forgotten password, tell her to send ticket (or a reply on the existing one) and say what she did and say it don't work.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Anyway you cant blame support for being a LITTLE suspicious.
I mean come on.
Dude sending a mail in behalf of someone else?
What kind of drawback has the other person? why she/he cant send a mail on her/his own way, and with his/her own mail?
Sounds Fishy at the very last.
SO yeah i would be extra cautious0
