DQ Reward page has not updated points in a few days

is that normal?
I dont usually pay attention to when points are updated, that being said maybe nothing is wrong with it?
and if so what day of the week / time is it updated id like to know

Edit: just looked at vendored list and it looks like it was updating everyday on the 8th 9th and 10th so maybe its something else?

    Some idiot asks about this almost once a day because no one can be bothered read threads or search before posting.

    This has been an ongoing issue since the system came out.

    If it's been more than 36 hours, send in a ticket.

    V4aliance says they are looking into it finally, but don't hold your breath.

    and furthermore if its on page 2 you are not permitted to bump it to first so let your rage out on someone else will you?

    it has never been an ongoing problem for me only recently this happened sheesh

    So, has anything changed? Checkin DQ points amount almost every day, 3-4 days passed by already.
    Please, give us any data, at least the last date when it'll be done.

    There's still no estimated time given by PWI officials all you can do is Submit a Ticket , wait that someday it will be fixed.

    Both my and friends' account last updated at 6th of feb. So more then 10 days and still no refresh at vendored list and no changes at DQ points. Yes i know: send ticket, tho that dont help usually. Somebody should really check it and somehow solve the situation or completly close DQ system. b:angry

    If you had bothered to search, and/or actually read this thread, it has been stated that they are looking into it.

    Submit a ticket.
    It actually does usually help if you do it right. (Unless, of course, you're reporting a bot or a CS'er that is violating the ToS.)

    Cant even send a ticket - not allowing, something broken. Cant write server/char names, rest of fields are filled.

    I don't like to complain, but since we are here I might as well come out and say that my points haven't updated since 1/19/2013 b:chuckle I just keep selling chests in the hopes I have plenty of points when it finally updates :P
