Nobody seems to remember this option, so I may be hallucinating.

Is there a way to disable auto-attack after using a skill? I could have sworn this existed, and I remember having to toggle it to the correct position so my archer auto-attacks after I use a skill.

Search has provided nothing.

All I know is that certain skills do not chain into autoattack (deep sting, rib strike)

just hold down WASD and you'll cancel autoattack, unless it's like QS that chains really quickly or something

No, this has never existed in-game. I believe you can create a macro to do it using the "go behind" function.

As Walpurga stated, some skills don't auto-attack afterwards (annoying on my seeker and barb), and you can always mash the escape key. Never tried using wasd to do it.

    You were definitely hallucinating. b:chuckleb:victory

    Sylen gave a full answer.

I will just add, that sometimes it annoys me pretty much, but macro works fine.
