Well dude I wasn't going to spend hours reading through your wall of text.

Dunno why you getting such low fps. My laptop isn't much better than that; I have graphics on medium, distance on high. Outside of cities I can dual-client and get 45-60fps

    1. your video driver is over 2 years out of date. Get a new one here..
Don't forget to perform a clean install.

    2. You're running Norton products. Expect your system to be slow. Use GameBooster to disable them when you run the client.

    3. Un-install Pando Media Booster. It's bloatware, is using your internet connection and your CPU.

    4. It's really hard to give you much more advice based on the crappy output of the gamebooster log file. Not only is it organized poorly, it's lacking a lot of data I would need to help you trim your system down a bit.. Please use Speccy and post a link to the Published Profile.

    5. It's an extreme move, and if you do this, the only thing you will be able to run is the client. (No alt-tabbing and switching to a browser. You may be able to play media, but you will be unable to control it unless it recognizes your keyboards multimedia keys while in the client.) Note that if you attempt to do something with your computer while using this option, it will corrupt your Operating System. (I speak from experience. I do a lot of testing with things like this.)

I'll dig deeper into the capabilities of your CPU and GPU in a moment, here's the fast response.

Oh, and in the future, use the CODE tag please. (CODE tag is the # symbol in the editor.)

Edit: Looked into your system some. For a processor that was published in early '11, that's a pretty sucky CPU. I mean, truly. My 6-year-old laptop has a faster chip and it's dual-core even. I mean no offense by this, but as the client relies entirely on the CPU, that's where the majority of your problem is. You only have one core, and the client is going to want about 90% of it. We'll need to kill as many processes as we can, and I'll need a Speccy report to accurately tell you which ones you can kill with GameBooster for playing. (I am assuming you are using the latest version of GameBooster, and not an old one.)
Take the time to look for your answer before you post like an idiot.

There are two kinds of people in this world...
    There are those who panic,
    And then there is us.

Which is why I provided the following links....
Please use Speccy and post a link to the Published Profile.
The second link is exact instructions on how to get your profile, then you just copy the hyperlink from it and paste it here, As I showed in my example post.

For your Video Driver, go here, and it should auto-detect what you need. I provided the earlier link based on what GPU and OS you were running. It should have worked, but Intel drivers can be finicky sometimes.
