Glitch with commander-in-chief?

Anyone have the same problem i have? I get all the mog and gst to get my r9 gloves.
It show invalid mission. I did not get my gloves and 12 gst are missing from my bag.
What happened here. Is this a glitch?

    Ummm...

    Maybe your quest log is totally filled up?

    Do you have enough inventory space? :3

    For what we now, it could be reasons.

    I think i figure out whats wrong ..lag make it fell like i already got the gst from my bank..actually it is still in my bank...mistery solved.
