i used disposable email for my alt

i've started to play that account a lot and decided i want to put it on my real email. but the way pwi works is it won't change password or email unless permission is received from the registered email

thing is i no longer have access to that email. what do i do?

    Send a detailed e-mail to customerservice@perfectworld.com explaining your situation.

    In the future, don't use a disposable e-mail for signing up for something like this. It's just not a good idea.

    Also, if the email you're trying to change it to has EVER (not just currently) been associated with another pwe account, you can't use it.
