DQ Rewards issue

Just out of curiousity, yesterday at around i believe noon or so, i got some dyes for my fashion reducing my dq reward points to 60. Since then ive sold EASILY 100 points worth of dqs, which should have brought my points back up. Yet im still sitting at 60. Is anyone else having issues or is it just me?

    i sold about 1000 chest of coins last night and its been more than 12 hours and i didnt get my dq points help me b:cry

    e.e I was wondering why I wasn't getting my DQ points...

    I NPC'd a buncha DQ and have been waiting ever since...

    and then someone tells me its broken *sigh* wish I knew that b:sad

    It's been broken since it came out. There has never been a fix. They just band-aid it occationally, or some people are just lucky and don't happen to notice the issues.

    How long does it take for them just to refresh the DQ page? it takes them few hours to do a maint but they cant take a few second for a Website page?

    It's not about refreshing the page. It's about a poorly configured application polling a massive proprietary database character by character. I'm sure most of the flaws in it can be directly tied to the stupid characters some people put in their names.

    On top of everything, PWE only has control over half of the assets, the rest are kept under lock and key by Wanmei. Makes it even harder to troubleshoot and fix things.

    so your options are...
    1. Be patient.
    2. Send in a ticket.

    Or, if you prefer options that won't fix anything....
    Post in the forums.

    i ask for a faster update of dq points.. in the site it says 1h but isn't true
