Hey RT, I doubt many of you remember me, but I did play here a long time ago b:cute

Anyways, I've been thinking of the unthinkable recently- possibly coming back b:shocked
But before I do that, I want your input. I want to make sure I'm not going to re-download the game only to find nothing has changed or the game is dead.

Alrighty, so onto my questions b:pleased

1) how's the population? Is the game dead or is there still a decent number of people playing?

2) any sign of new blood? Last I played, the only low level accounts were alts.

3) how's the TW scene? I imagine there's still your regular power houses, but is there lower level TW going on?

4) is r9 any more accessible than before, or do I still need to sell my car for it?

5) is the company still ran by dirtbags? Does anything we say get taken into consideration?

6) is there any new large scale pvp? When I left, it was after we were let down on base battles. Have they introduced any other large scale pvp other than TW?

7) how's the economy? Is gold still hyper inflated? Are items that were once really expensive such as warmong belts and puzzle necklaces lower in cost?

8) has anything been done to rebalance the classes? Last I checked, assassins still ruled the world.

9) do I still need 5aps to get into a respectable squad? Has anything along the lines of caster Nirv been released for the rest of us?

10) overall is there anything new and exciting I should know about?

    Gold is sitting between 1.4m and 2m Puzzle necks sell for between 80 and 100m depending.

    Caster nirvs sure, 5aps died out for a short time but now its mix'd as far as I can tell... But you can get raps/cannys from NW and their prices are sitting at 150/rap 30/canny

    About the same people a decent amount. Its kinda dead all week most people only log on for weekend Events such as NW or TW.

    2) any sign of new blood? Last I played, the only low level accounts were alts.
    Not really new blood just alts alts and random broke low levels.

    Some low level TWs and still pretty good high level TWs.

    R9 is not hard to get you just neeed to play the game not let it PLAY you!

    Well yes and NO they let you do that initial code edit thing now. Also started putting fashion in the boutique due to recent QQ and RAGE at all the new fashion being in Packs.

    6) is there any new large scale pvp? When I left, it was after we were let down on base battles. Have they introduced any other large scale pvp other than TW?
    Nation War its a ton of Pk but there is as much QQ to come along with it

    Yea warsong belts and cube necks dropped in price shards not so much /=

    Yea in a way morai skills try to provide some kind of balance but the day of APS sin is coming to a close end soon they will just spam Skills and pray for Zerk Crits to one shot you.

    lol Nirvana market is done done Nation War rewards ruined that. I dont think you neeed 5aps to do bh or do warsong or even AEU.

    1) same ppl doing same ****
    2) moar alts
    3) vici/qqme/levi/zoo all else get no TW really
    4) base r9 still a ****, r9r2 is cakewalk from there
    5) same old ****, bugs not getting fixed, but constant promos/new fash to make more money
    6) NW is 20v20 instances, but it sucks without a good squad because random tt80/90 ruin so much
    7) autobound ws belts cheap as hell to farm, cube necks like 80m cost to farm, gold still ridic
    8) Purify + antistun + 200% move speed on a weapon proc that goes off like 1/4 hits u throw on the person + zerkcrit mag attacks from seekers -.-
    9) aps is still useless for anything but solo farming in TT or whatev, nirv is dead, dq is dead cuz of botfarmers, and supply tokens from nw are plummeting in price
    10) other than random rumors and ****, nw is only decent new content

    1) how's the population? Is the game dead or is there still a decent number of people playing? 2) any sign of new blood? Last I played, the only low level accounts were alts. Many people you knew Im sure are long gone, and many are still here (because they probably spent too much to leave b:cry). As everyone else said, lots of alts chasing dreams and dreamchaser packs. Very few new people that I can tell and even west arch aint as crowded as I once upon a time remember it being.

    3) how's the TW scene? I imagine there's still your regular power houses, but is there lower level TW going on? same old same old really

    4) is r9 any more accessible than before, or do I still need to sell my car for it? You still have a car? I aint even r9 and I aint got one b:surprised Technically speaking... if you can make Nation Wars (NW) and do alright (which I would imagine you would do good enough), then you could use the supply tokens as a means to curb some of the out of pocket expense by at least half. After that, r9.2 is farming nw and r9.3 is farming warsong.

    5) is the company still ran by dirtbags? Does anything we say get taken into consideration? I think they might actually be worried about which way their income is going... being they actually started making some decent changes... (ie... NW... Dreamchaser Packs... and Fash starting to come back out on the CS.) So regardless of wether or not such decisions were made on the basis of being scum or not... they might, (might mind you) actually be interested in saving their lil cash cow.

    6) is there any new large scale pvp? When I left, it was after we were let down on base battles. Have they introduced any other large scale pvp other than TW? As was already said, Nation Wars (NW)... I like it and so far still Ive only solo'ed really... with the one exception where some 80-81 mysty sent me an invite in the second battle and I clicked yes

    7) how's the economy? Is gold still hyper inflated? Are items that were once really expensive such as warmong belts and puzzle necklaces lower in cost? NW sent many prices down, except gold. But gearing up (for us 100+ folk) has never been more possible or accessible.

    8) has anything been done to rebalance the classes? Last I checked, assassins still ruled the world. from all the qq i been hearing, R9.3 caster types now rule over the others due to the weapon proc purify. Fix the broken by creating something else broken... you know how it is

    9) do I still need 5aps to get into a respectable squad? Has anything along the lines of caster Nirv been released for the rest of us? Casters? da fuq is that? b:question ... All there is is NW... Warsong... Lunar... remaining bhs... and in that order.

    10) overall is there anything new and exciting I should know about? well, they did come out wit new packs too b:avoid

    This also makes RT the number one mod producing server. Trolling Tides all day err day

    Glad to see you're still playing Apostasy, and that's encouraging news about r9 being cheaper with NW.
    So I guess my PWI life will revolve around NW from the sounds of it.
    How often does NW occur and for how long?

    Moderate. I suppose there are enough people playing this game to keep it going, but most of them don't seem to know how to play very well.

    2) any sign of new blood?
    The signs are too obvious. You'll see a lot of people, even end-game players, who never seem to advance past "noob" status.

    3) how's the TW scene?
    Overall, I'd say TW hasn't changed much. QQme has somehow remained a major player in the TW scene, and Leviathan has made a comeback. Valkarie has returned better than ever. It goes without saying that there are also some new factions that have stepped up to make a name for themselves. Vicious and Zoo are among them. They've kept things somewhat interesting around here.

    4) is r9 any more accessible than before, or do I still need to sell my car for it?
    It's almost dirt cheap.

    5) is the company still ran by dirtbags? Does anything we say get taken into consideration?
    Yes. No. They finally allowed .ini editing with certain restrictions, but that's it.

    6) is there any new large scale pvp? When I left, it was after we were let down on base battles. Have they introduced any other large scale pvp other than TW?
    The only major PvP besides TW would be Nation Wars. It's like TW with better prizes.

    The economy is FUBAR.

    There were attempts to rebalance the game. Now other classes are OP.

    "Respectable" squads do not tell you that 5.0 is required. And I haven't heard about any alternate types of "caster Nirvana".

    Not really. PWI is just SSDD.
