Hi!

Ecatomb released some new screenshots about weapon fashion... Will we get this stuff here too?

I really like this idea, but dont like the first designs, they look pretty basic.

    I find weapon fash to be one of the most rediculous things I've ever seen. They should focus on the R9s3 look instead of making a your weapon look like a pizza. Even though it would be hilarious to see someone get rocked by a corn dog or something. Other than that why would they even come up with this?

    Well, I'll never buy a pizza as a weapon fash, was thinking about something more shiny, bigger weapons and some fantastic designs, the ones they released are too simple and weird.

    I don't think I can express my distaste ENOUGH for those QQ I want my weapon to look beast, not some damn dumplings.

    If they would add cool skins, for example, ton of other sword models, with different sizes, colors, shapes, i mean tons of beautiful actual weapon designs, then this would be pretty neat and i would consider buying cool katana skin, but they decided to put in silly, cartoon ish lookin skins and that is just stupid as hell.

    I agree I would totally buy these if they were cool looking and made everyone's weapon look unique and things becuz I hate running around with my r9 now whilst most everyone has the same nowadays lol, but WTF them are on that link I don't know pure pathetic my hard earned coin won't be going on something that looks that stupid!

    Agreed. Aside from adding to the confusion of whether someone is using TT60 green or r9 third cast, I don't see any other reasons.

    I'm reserving judgement since weapon fashion might be the savior of the lousy R9 third cast weapon looks. I'm not a fan of this festival stuff but that's just because it's not culturally relevant to me.

    They made it in the spirit of the holiday, for fun. Not for you guys to bash saying how ugly it is. I think half of the Xmas outfits are fugly, and you guys wear it why? You guys asking for a huge XMAS TREE for a game that is base in ANCIENT CHINA, why? Because it makes the game and the players more into the holiday mood.

    Perhaps they will make better weapon fash that match your tastes, perhaps not. But there is no reason to say something is ugly and stupid because you don't like nor know their culture.

    Chinese New Year is tons of fun :D... If you live in China you get a WHOLE week off work. There's tons of yummy foods, lots of festivities and if you're a kid you get so much money. Lots of family time, visiting relatives, vibrant colours and dances... I can go on :) It's just fun! b:chuckle

    You can play this game legally only from 13 years, 13 years old teenagers are not small children.
    if someone says that pizza skins are childish, idiotic, useless, well that is there opinion you have to deal with it.

    Some people like flowers, rainbows, fluffy animals and clouds, and some people like axes, swords, wands daggers and bows.

    Eh, from a purely personal standpoint I have noticed that any new thing is trashed these days. Dreamchaser packs? Useless. Weapon Fashion? Useless. New Fashion? Useless. It's a trend I noticed. I do think the weapon fashion could be really fun. Is it anymore useful than any other cosmetic item, gameplay wise? Well, no. Although disguising your weapon could have some advantage in a situation like nation wars. But just because a design isn't your taste doesn't mean you gotta trash it. Everything is trashed nowadays. Sometimes that's totally justified (level 60 mana pots for purchasing high level merchandise?), sometimes it is a bit of a bummer to read. For example, I remember a time not that long ago in which we as a community made such a big thread at the concept of bacon axes, that it got GM attention. And everyone had fun. And now that something similar has become reality, it's oh that fashion doesn't suit my taste so it's worthless garbage. I guess I'm just mostly feeling nostalgic.


    I for one, wouldn't mind bacon axes. Or any of the items pictured here. It would be a fun change of pace. But then again, i'm the type that will put on the pumpkin head just to lighten the mood. Or go around "haunting" various new player zones on my sin, pretending to be ghost. And promising friendship to anyone of them that can find me, even though I'm in stealth. :3 b:chuckleb:pleased

    Some people just doesnt like change, because all previous changes have been for the worst. Its just human nature.

    Lion Hand=Claw/Fist

    By the way, you did notice I put "( adults even)" yes? Not just children like Easter.

    I would go as far as saying the fash look silly. However, I won't go bash something that was based on ones culture saying that is the ugliest thing in the world or something.
