Where did my quest go? Sage quest chain

So, I'm in the process of getting my third Faerie (Celestial Sage).

I just started it, I read the guide. Talked to the sage of power, did the Last Stand for 4 minutes. Came back, spoke to the sage of power again, did the Last Stand for 10 minutes. Came back, talked to the sage of power, and then...

Nothing. I have no available quests at the sage of power. I have no available quests at the Elder of 1k streams. I have no quest in the available quest list either.

Any ideas?
101 Sage Sin*/Archer
100 Demon BM*/Barb
96 Demon Cleric/Sage Seeker
95 Demon Wiz/
94 Sage Veno
85 Psy/80 Mystic
And a handful of other alts, all 79 and under.
*Pre RB level

    Yep, try the Sage Celestial in Lothranis. Should be there next. That's one gripe I have about these quest chains - a lot of them (especially OHT Celestial culti) just sort of end with no way to find out what's next.

    Search in "Available Quests" list. If nothing there then you might not be the level for it yet.

    It does not show in the available quest tab.

    I was also confused about this, but, as others mentioned, you need to talk to the Savant in Lothranis directly.

    This baffled me also. Eventually I went to see the Celestial Savant just because he was the normal sage culti guy, and lucked out. But I don't understand why they can't just put it in the quest list.
