Graphic Errors

I keep getting this odd graphic errors whenever I load up perfect world or jade dynasty. Text above npcs heads start going all sort of crazy, text from skill log or quest log will also go all wonky. Also, my character's body will unrender and pieces of me will just start missing. This is weird because my old computer could run all the games fine and this one is far better. (It can run Guild Wars 2, which a huge improvement from what I had before.) Any ideas or fixes? Just wanna get back into this game with my friend b:cry

-Side notes-
The glitches don't happen right away, everything will be normal for about 10 seconds, then it will get all messed up.

Alt-tabbing will fix the graphics for a few seconds.

    Try lowering your graphics and quality also check if your ping or internet speed is alright.

    Sounds like it's a video card driver issue or corrupt client files offhand.

    I will need a copy of your dxdiag.txt file, and a link to a published Speccy report taken while you are having the issues in order to give you any tips more than that.
    (Remember to use the [code] tags for the dxdiag info and to remove any trademark characters so it doesn't get cut off.) (CODE tag is the # symbol in the editor.)

    Lastly, comparing PWE to any game that was release earlier than 8 years ago is pointless. New games use your GPU unit, PWE uses your CPU. It's like comparing apples to alternators.
