Why is it, EVERY maintenance the EU servers are down for over 30 min longer? I ask EVERY week and no answer. Asking AGAIN

    It's all servers, not just EU.

    I mean AFTER the east/west are already up, EU doesn't come back on til 30-60 min AFTER that. right now eastwest up for 15 min and EU STILL down

    already did it weeks ago, but since they shut down exactly the same time, I want to know why from a MOD, not you, why they take an hour longer to come up.

    A MOD, as you put it, won't tell you anything because they don't know either. Moderators are members of the community that tend to the forums, they have no power nor knowledge on what goes on it the technical part of the game.
    For what you need to know, you need to ask a GM (game manager), and the European servers have different GMs than the U.S. servers.
    So, don't flame Bella for stating the obvious.

    Mods are volunteers, they don't know any more about what's going on in-game or on the forums than it is possible for us normal players to know. If you look around the forums at people asking them questions, they don't know half of it because they're NORMAL players.

    LOL you're really clueless. There is no use talking to you. Mods CANNOT help you. The most they can do is ask V4 and he won't really give them an answer until he hears something from the devs and I doubt they care about taking their time out to explain to you why it takes so long. Pretty sure it's not on the top of their priority list atm sorry. Money talks, try saying you won't pay a single dime until you get an answer. That might work...b:chuckle

    I'm from the EU, for your information.
    The 'international' bit has been debated an explained for countless time, so I won't bother; maybe ask Santa for a dictionary this year.
    The EU has its own mods, gms, forms, so I expect players to use those and not lack common sense.

    Actually we don't know.

    The quickest way for you to get an answer is to submit a ticket asking that question. You should get a detailed enough reply as to why. Otherwise you can always shoot Val a message about it.
