Need Some Help Please

Ok so i have been searching the forums based on lag titles, i have a problem pinging for 2-10k alot but, it only seems to be inside dungeons, a friend of mine told me it was because i didnt have enough Ram so to upgrade so, so i recently maxed my computer to 4gb Ram, running around doing quest and such i do decent still about 200-500ping 35fps so im pretty happy with it, but when i go to solo TT or FCC i ping out for like 2k-10k and normally dc any help is appreciated, also i have noticed people always ask for dxdiag or something like that i will need abit of explaining on how to get that info
