creating account

my son is trying to create an account to play also and while registering it keeps saying found incomplete spaces but it is all filled in properly. have tried more than once and keep getting the same result

    Sounds like a browser issue.

    Clear the cache.

    If that doesn't work, stop using IE and/or Firefox and use Chrome instead.

    Think he uses Chrome but problem may be his email. Going to try a diff one thanks
