reinstall, login, chars gone...

Hey guys,

so i just finished reinstalling the game and patching...

logged into my account, no characters appear... its as if i just created a fresh account... nothing showing up.

as you can see from my forum avatar, i am supposed to have a 100 barb (as well as four or 5 other toons) on this account... kinda wondering whaat the heck is going on...?

Cheers in advance for feedback

EDIT: Just logged in on my housemates computer and my characters appear as normal...

    You need to select the correct server before logging in.
