Trouble downloading the game.

I have tried to download the game three times now. Each time after it downloads a notepad thing comes up. And thats it. Nothing happens after it finishs that part. No icon on the desktop. Nothing. Any idea what i should do?

    Go to the folder the notepad file is in.
    There should be an application called "install.exe"

    Or something similer b:pleased

    Run the application, that should bring up the download/install thing.. ^^
