Sooooo why is it some ppl are not being banned for pking in SP, like it says at the bottom of the log in screen info? Teletubies and Bloody Dynasty players been pking in there for weeks now, and I KNOW there have been many ppl sending in screen shots. Sooooooo wth is going on with that? "Send in ss with text of who killed you and automatic minimum 3 day ban..." Are these factions paying you off? Or do you guys need something to do? How about some actual in game monitoring? They all laugh at you PWI officials saying you wont ban them, they spend too much $ in the game to get banned, etc. Im beginning to think they may be right.....

So in other words- b:angryHELLO!!!! *knocks on monitor*HELLO!!!?!?!?!?!?!?!? CAN WE GET SOMEONE TO ACTUALLY DO SOMETHING HERE!! I spend $ in the game too ya know!!!b:angry

Fairly certain ban from PK on SP was taken off, as long as both parties agree to fight. The normal rules of no griefing still apply. Usually people who participate in killing lowbies there are fairly undergeared themselves and just WCing for help might be enough. But keep sending tickets, argue it`s griefing, which is true as you clearly are not willing party. And if you are there to do your quests, mention that too. PK there was allowed as devs cant keep it not broken but obstructing lowbies from questing was to be bannable offence.

    It's simple.

Cash playing=Easy bypass for bans for em.

    Free players=Banned in no time.

It sounds to me like the OP is describing non-consensual PKing in SP, which would mean your link is only validating his question.

If people are killing other playings in SP repeatedly without their permission, and tickets have been submitted - why isn't action being taken?

Tell me, how often is action being taken by pwe staff?

Funny how the mod just assumed the OP didn't put in any tickets or do anything to alert the staff to the situation.

Instead of asking him to educate himself can you respond to his question?

Side Note: I love how tickets when closed thank me for alerting them and then tell me that they are not allowed to tell me the outcome due to confidentiality, yada, yada. Pure cop-out saying thank you for wasting your time with this ticket and you'll never know if we did anything or just filed your ticket in the circular file. Have a nice day. I've been in so many other way more crappy games where the support was stellar and here with the $ they make they can't even take care of tickets.

You may NOT PK other players if they have not given their consent to fight in the Secret Passage.

not nice, Kossy. How about you answer the original question? LOL and isn't a consentual (yes you spelled it wrong on the log-in screen lol! Consensual isn't even a word. And sensual has a totally diff meaning with erotic overtones) fight called a duel?? If you get attacked that isn't consentual, thats a pk ijs

Mods are not paid staff and they work from home.
As such, he can not answer questions about tickets, he can only inform you of rules.
Someone did ask about Secret Passage's current PvP rules and he provided an answer as well as citation.
This forum is not the appropriate place to discuss personal/specific/individual tickets either way. Furthermore, the OP's naming of specific groups maybe a violation of ToS.

He did? All I saw was him asking if there were any more questions. I saw no answer there. But far be it from me, ALSO A PAYIMG CUSTOMER, to expect any answers. And he can do something. Part of his job as moderator is to INFORM THE GM's of IN GAME PROBLEMS, such as this.

As many have stated here before, PvP in the Secret Passage is allowed, as long as it isn't griefing other players. If you are griefed, send in a single ticket regarding the situation, and the culprit should have action taken against them.

Sending in screenshots of them just PvPing isn't enough evidence to warrant further action, as it's not really against the rules to PK in there, unless griefed.

Also, the front page info screen that shows up before you log in on a client is usually out-dated in terms of the information it gives. On top of that, if you have a serious griefing problem regarding the Secret Passage that is over-the-top urgent, you can always private message any of us moderators information regarding your ticket, and we'll inform V4l about it on a high-priority note (it will most likely not be treated any differently than other tickets, but they will definitely make note of it, so you can be assured that they are looking into it).

His link provided confirmation for the player responding to the OP that was unclear on sp pvp rules.

The GMs can be informed through appropriate channels that don't violate ToS. Mods can not make GMs give your ticket preferential treatment. My tickets are usually responded to in a satisfactorily timely manner.

WOW! LMAO b:avoid Well, maybe you ought to update that a little then..... b:lipcurl
What, exactly, do the ppl at PWI do that they cant come in game a little more often to do some actual monitoring, check things out, and see what is going on? Maybe if the GMs didn't make such sporadic and rare appearances, they wouldn't get mobbed when they actually DO come into the game. Just food for thought b:mischievous
