Culti Glitch

so i was doing culti on my barb the vacuity just killed the ship captain handed the quest in.. and then i didnt the pop up and i cant find an npc that has a cultivation quest for me.

The first part of the Vacuity cultivation is receive at level 71 than after the ship captain is kill the next quests are receive at level 79.

sometimes i have this problems too. go into an instance or relog and the pop up will come...0
