I can't update

I tried to update 1st with launcher, but it didn't work. Then I tried to do manual patch, but the version number was wrong.

The manual patch I tried is 684-686, but my game is at version 681, so I guess I need version 682-683 1st, but I can't find it.

Could someone give a link to that missing patch?
